Founder and President
Lisa is a Biological Systems Engineering major and undergraduate entrepreneur. She and Alex Krueger founded BioInnovation Group (BIG), leveraging $7,000 of initial funding to develop the organizational structure and facilitate its rapid growth. Lisa has focused on increasing member involvement, tripling the number of BIG programs available to students and drastically increasing member engagement during the 2018-2019 school year. She has managed over 30 undergraduates receiving course credit for their work within BIG. She has also co-founded two companies during her undergraduate career and interned at multiple biotechnology companies, including Genentech.
When not building organizations and products for the biotechnology space, Lisa can be found playing contra dances on Irish flute or performing hallmarks of classical flute repertoire with various chamber music groups.
